These Terms govern your use of Lorcan Studio.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Lorcan Studio is a subscription-based content automation platform that generates and publishes blog content to connected websites.

We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, traffic increases, or business results.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance.

  • Payment is processed via Stripe.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

3. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable.

You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • We are unable to provide the service due to a technical inability to connect your website, and

  • The issue cannot be resolved after reasonable support efforts.

If we have successfully connected your website and provided service access, no refunds will be issued.

4. Cooling-Off Period (UK/EU Consumers)

By purchasing a subscription and requesting immediate access to the service, you:

  • Expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital service; and

  • Acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel once the service begins.

5. Website Credentials

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate login credentials

  • Ensuring you have authority to connect the website

We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect credentials or revoked permissions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system

  • Upload malicious content

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lorcan Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the service.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, business or anticipated savings

  • SEO ranking fluctuations or search engine penalties

  • Website downtime or hosting issues

  • Loss of data

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any liability that cannot be excluded under Scottish law

Our total aggregate liability arising under or in connection with the service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
